User faced the error "child transaction date predates parent transaction date" while receiving in inventory

Oracle EBS Inventory user was getting the below error while receiving the item.

Reason:

 The date/time stamp of the parent transaction (RECEIVE) is older than the
date/time stamp entered for the child transaction (DELIVER)

Solution

Please deliver the good higher the current timestamp to avoid the timestamp clash between child and the parent record.
